Provider and service
SLP Nova Technologies is the product name used by its individual operator. The service is provided as a limited-access software product and its features may change or be discontinued.
These terms apply when you create an account, access the workspace, or enter information into the product.
Permitted professional use
You must be authorized to use any child, client, caregiver, or session information you enter. Use minimal identifiers wherever practical and do not enter records that your organization prohibits you from storing in this service.
School, health-plan, clinic, or other workflows requiring a BAA, DPA, vendor agreement, procurement approval, or written privacy review are not authorized for real data unless separately approved in writing.
Clinical responsibility
SLP Nova supports planning, activity evidence, transcription-assisted review, and draft documentation. It does not diagnose, provide treatment, or replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for clinical decisions, consent, accuracy, and any final documentation you use or disclose.
Recordings and AI-supported processing
You may record audio only after obtaining the consent and authority required for the session. When enabled, audio may be processed for transcription and reports may be drafted using service providers described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-supported output is a draft aid only. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and deciding whether to use any transcript, label, suggestion, goal text, or report draft.
Account security and suspension
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended to protect data, respond to a security issue, or discontinue access to the service.
Liability and changes
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for any regulated workflow not approved in writing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.
Material changes will require acceptance of a new document version before continued workspace use.
